Organizational Neuroscience is the field of research that utilizes neuroscience evidence, theories, and methods to advance organizational and management knowledge and practice.
ABOUT US
The Organizational Neuroscience Laboratory is headed by Associate Professor Sebastiano Massaro, the first scholar across the globe to be recognized and appointed in the field of Organizational Neuroscience.
The Laboratory focuses on the theoretical, empirical, and practical contributions of Organizational Neuroscience through an integrative and interdisciplinary approach. Sebastiano and his team explore and tackle fundamental issues traditionally addressed by organizational and behavioral scientists using neurophysiological methods, neuroimaging, computational models, and experimental approaches.
An innovative, creative, and cooperative space, the Organizational Neuroscience Laboratory is comprised of passionate researchers with diverse disciplinary and cultural backgrounds.
