At the Institute for Manufacturing of the University of Cambridge, hosted by Dr. Letizia Mortara, Sebastiano presented the potential of Organizational Neuroscience to advance companies' business models. Thanks to its strong digital and technologically-driven nature, established companies taking insights from Organizational Neuroscience can rapidly transform as 'new entrants' into otherwise saturated markets. Altogether, Organizational Neuroscience allows companies to envision and put into practice new ways in which to generate and capture value, and promote organizational change.
