Sebastiano discusses the research potential of Organizational Neuroscience at EURAM.
At the kick-off session of the 2017 EURAM Strategic Management Interest Group, hosted by Xavier Castãner (HEC Lausanne) and Nuno Barros De Oliveira (Tilburg), Sebastiano presents the scholarly positioning of the emerging field of Organizational Neuroscience as that of a paradigmatic 'revolution,' able to theoretically and empirically advance the grounding postulates of the Carnegie School and of the field of Behavioral Strategy.
