Sebastiano will be presenting at the Department of Innovation, Management and Strategy at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen on November 7.
In this seminar, hosted by Dr. Samuele Murtinu, Sebastiano will introduce the paradigm of Organizational Neuroscience as it relates to conducting research in strategic management. Specifically, he will focus on his latest work with Alessandro and Eugenio Proto (Glasgow) showing the role that emotional regulation mechanisms play in response to anger during cooperation in an indefinitely repeated Prisoner's Dilemma game.
